Summary of the role

A senior data analyst in CSA team provides expertise in security setup related to Amadeus products. Based on an analysis of employees' duties, he/she shall drive an audit process to make the audited organization compliant with corporate policies. The audit phase requires autonomy, interview as well as project management skills. The senior data analyst shall be able to influence discussions, resolve conflicts, and try to avoid any disruption on the daily activities of the organization that are audited.

The responsibilities include data mining, analysis, continuous improvement of existing processes, and reporting to Security office as well as auditors.

All this responsibilities are in addition to the core activities: operational support for internal requests about new setup in production system and leaver process, fraud alerts monitoring, solution findings through data correction, escalation & follow-up.

Main responsibilities

· Security governance for Amadeus employees / Handling of audits
· Process improvement
· Provide expertise on security setup design to tailor the rights requested by internal staff
· Consultancy on implementation procedures enhancement
· Consultancy on application design
· External audit responses
· Adhoc as well as periodical review of security setup for internal employees

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree preferred
· Minimum 3 years of experience on content management and security department or 2 years of experience in product definition or Implementation teams.
· Good understanding of airlines/GDS environment and Content Management &Security activities. Strong knowledge on Amadeus products and solutions, Incident management, Problem management, Service request management.
· Advanced Excel and programing experience will be well appreciated
· English is mandatory. Other languages will be taken into consideration.
· Good analytical, problem solving, decision making skills, time management and experience on project management.
