Overview of Role Responsibility: 
 
As Manager Customised Services Delivery, you will lead a team responsible for providing to all Business Units (Airline IT, Distribution and New Business Unit) functional training consultancy, conduct in-depth training needs analysis, designing customised content, deliver and evaluate.  This team is also responsible for continuously expanding current service catalogue with the focus of better meet our customer's needs.
 
Entry Criteria: 
The incumbent will need to combine deep consulancy skills, analytical thinking, successful training experience, knowledge of Amadeus products, management and leadership skills.
 
Overall Position Objective
Recommend, design, develop and deliver advisory customised and chargeable services targeting business performance improvement to external clients.
 
Main Accountabilities and Activities
 
Training Consultancy
You will be required to:
• Work closely with the Key Account Services Management team to agree on the best training approach, ensure strategy alignment and effective prioritisation based on customer segmentation
• Consult with clients (face-to-face meeting and/or WEBEX calls), to understand and clarify training needs and scope of requested service.
• Identify and translate the customers' learning needs into a defined and customised learning solution (including gaps).
• In-depth review of the recommended learning solution and content with client for acceptance.
• Ensure all deliverables fulfil the customers' needs, expectations and timeline
• Manage planning of learning and development programs in collaboration with client and other Amadeus Learning Services teams.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and take appropriate corrective actions if required.
• Assess effectiveness of learning solutions on business performance; use feedback, evaluation data to improve course content and offerings.
• Provide formal timely report on learning effectiveness to your line management, to the Business Unit and communicate suggestions for improvement
• Contribute to revenue generation
• Use customer feedback to continoiusly looking at expanding ALS service catalogue. Document and promote new services.
 
Course Design, Development & Delivery
You will be required to:
• Identify existing learning materials that may be leveraged or modified to support new training requests
• Select and applies appropriate teaching methods to support customised programs so to meet client needs and expectations.
• Plan and manage training service requests to beat customer's timeline
• Design customised training programs through instructional design methodology to meet customer' needs and to create successful learning experiences.
• Effectively deliver standard, customised trainings (including gaps) as per required.
• Coordinate and work closely with the relevant internal teams, as required, for more complex training solutions (multiple drops delivery, timeline, constraints, risks assessment….)
• Follow the Change Request process for chargeable services, comment regularly on agreed scope, progress, issues, time to market and reasons for any delay in delivery.
 
Team Management
You will be required to:
• Assist, guide and motivate team members in their assigned functions.
• Fix and follow-up objectives for individuals in line with organizational goals.
• Manage HR activity and procedures related to their area/department.
• Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding organisation information.
• Report on team activities.
• Conduct annual appraisal interviews.
• Provide input for salary reviews.
• Development of their teams based on continuous assessment on needs.
• Interview and select candidates for department team. Work closely with the Learning Services Management team on the training planning activity and delivery (sizing, timeline, and communication plans, budget constraints, resources, deliverables, cost tracking, time to market)
• Optimise resource utilisation: use resources where we add most value (new KPIs, CRM report)

Profil recherché

-Education:
University Degree or equivalent
 
Functional skills
• A highly professional and credible approach, with excellent communication skills (including presentations and “pitches”); both verbal and written
• Ability to compile, analyse data, derive insights to improve results, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability analyse client's business, processes, knowledge gaps and recommend valued-added learning solutions that can address those needs.
• Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and quality, ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong PC skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
 
Job experience
• Prior experience of consulting desirable
• Proven ability to assess training needs and build impactful learning programs
• Travel industry, Airline Industry, Hotel Industry, Rail Industry
• Strong track record of successful program management, project management and process management, including design, delivery, assessment, analysis of training needs and measurement.
• Amadeus product knowledge definitively a plus
