Team description:

The Distribution Product Management group (DPM) is a multicultural division of people spread over Nice, Boston, Bangkok, Sao Paulo and Bangalore. The mission of Distribution Product Management (DPM) is to provide innovative products that consistently support Amadeus global strategy and business model, and that meet regional and global customers’ business needs in a timely fashion and with respect for cost.

The Pricing-Reissue-Refund team is in charge of core Amadeus GDS features such as Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC) and Pricing engine.

Our mission is to sustain the most profitable growth within the Distribution P&L with ATC product portfolio, and to leverage on the Pricing engine capabilities to design new product features.

Main Responsibilities:

Generating tens of Millions revenue per year and widely adopted worldwide, there are still some business opportunities untapped within ATC & Pricing engine portfolio mainly because we are missing deep understanding of our products usage. How can we take benefits of Amadeus Big Data to drive product adoption and its evolutions ?

In order to continue deploying our product portfolio with efficiency, an in depth analysis of the Key Performance Indicators is required to better support the Amadeus product strategy with its related investment.

The purpose of the internship is to help the team to:

· Build a full landscape of existing KPIs related to Pricing & ATC product portfolio
· Propose new KPIs with relevant business objective & opportunities, assess their feasibility
· Deliver some fancy dashboards with selected analytics to highlight product adoption and performance for internal communication

Requirements:

Quick learner, curious, comfortable with analytics tools, good communication (interaction with R&D needed), rigor, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. Travel industry knowledge is a plus
