Team Description

A new global Internal IT division that builds, deploys and supports workplace and infrastructure solutions to all Amadeus employees worldwide. We are around 200 people located in more than 30 sites worldwide. We play a strategic role in supporting Amadeus in Doing Business Better. We work closely with our internal business partners to design and deliver services to transform, automate and manage key business processes.

Main Responsibilities

Within our Service Deployment organisation, our mission is to help our business partners do business better by managing key internal projects and deploying the global business services portfolio worldwide. The intern will be part of a Service Deployment Team located in Nice and will help the team to:

· Contribute to the operational project management support, applying the organisation standard methods, processes and tools
· Study and propose new and alternative processes for improved and cost effective service delivery
· Participate in the implementation of selected actions aiming at improving operational modes and financial figures, ensure continuous measurements & improvements maintaining optimum organisational functioning

Requirements

· Engineering School or Business school with a specialisation in IT
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Advanced Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular
· Experience as SharePoint site owner or similar appreciated
· Analytical thinking
· Willingness to learn
· Multicultural approach
· Proactive and rigorous with great attention to detail
