Team Description

The mission of the ERP Business Solutions (EBS) organization is to understand internal customer requirements and deliver reliable, integrated and cost efficient solutions to automate, support and monitor their processes.

Domains in scope: Sales, Marketing Service, Customer Training, Call Routing, Delivery Process Management; Accounting, Consolidation, Purchasing, Treasury, Human Capital, Intellectual Property; Ordering and Billing; Project and Portfolio management

Main Responsibilities

The Performance & process improvement team is responsible of adding value to the ERP Business Solutions (EBS) organization as a whole and, in particular to improve quality in every aspect such as policy, processes, functions, standards, guidelines and tools. The team ensures that the EBS organization is of a suitable quality to reliably meet business objectives or service levels.

The main activity of the intern will be to improve the COMMUNICATION of the EBS organization.

This includes following sub activities:

• Investigate and evaluate communications needs and develop plans accordingly.

• Assist management in communication and change management issues.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of effective communications tools.

• Research, write/edit content, and manage production and distribution for organisational media.

• Organise and support communication events.

• Measure and evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies, publications and events and implement improvement actions as necessary.


·  Customer Communication - Knowledge of the Customer Communication aspects:

- Sales materials

- Advertising

- Marketing campaigns

- Event management

- Communication agency

·  Editorial skills

Ability to Clarify and/or reorganize a manuscript for content and structure (includes clarify meaning, eliminate jargon, smooth language; edit for grammar, spelling, punctuation and other mechanics of style; check for consistency of style and internal consistency of facts). Changes may be suggested to or drafted for the author.

·  Internal Corporate Communication

Ability to communicate through internal medias: Intranet, InterCom, ...

·  Multimedia skills

Ability to use multimedia tools such as HTML, Flash multimedia, picture modification (Photoshop)

·  MS-PowerPoint

Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint software advanced features to build professional presentations

·  English

First language
