International Mobility Specialist

Summary of the role
Amadeus is looking for an international mobility specialist for its International Mobility Department, within the Human Resources Division, in Sophia-Antipolis.
Main responsibilities
    • Within the international mobility department, take charge of a portfolio of international assignees to/from Nice :
    • Implementation and formalization of different types of assignment in accordance with the mobility policies : expatriation, secondment, local plus, short-term assignments and permanent transfers
    • Preparation and presentation of the compensation packages associated with each mobility and the related comparative costs for optimization
    • Support to employees and coordination of the process for departure and return : immigration, payroll transfer, social security, medical, relocation support...
    • Monitoring of relations with providers and relevant organizations involved in the international mobility processes (relocation companies, tax consultants, intercultural...)
    • Optimize the analytics for international mobility and related processes (reports, statistics, follow-up of costs, databases, follow-up of providers, quality questionnaires)
    • Prepare and improve the documentation provided to the assignees (administrative records, information kits) and the internal process for international mobility
    • Participate in the legal and documentary watch and the benchmark of mobility practices with other companies

To apply :
• Master Degree in Human Resources (for example: Master 2 in HR)
• Relevant experience in international mobility
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits would be a plus
• English (working language): excellent written and oral
• Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
