The objective of the team is tooptimize deployment and adoption of the Amadeus distribution products for Travel Agencies and Corporations in order to maximize revenue generation and increase time-to-market performance; in line with the commercial plans of the business units and regions.We communicate directly with customers as we as to our global network of local offices.
Travel Agency Marketing (TAM) works to support the regions and the Global Customer Group to increase market share, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction for all subscriber customers worldwide.
•Participate in themanagement of the Portfoliorollout platform including coordination of communication, proofing/correcting/enhancing of Product & Service Management content. Management of this platform includes timely updates, quality checks, Error reporting and follow-up, production of data extracts, propose platform enhancements and interact with service provider for follow up.
•Support the Release to Market team in the design and implementation of anew communication platform, common with other teams (Amadeus.ComTeam).
• Participate in the design and implementationof the Release To Market Sharepoint site
• Participate in contributing to product content on the Amadeus.com web site
• Support the Release To Market team in various Marcom process enhancements (Release packpipeline, Rollouts, etc)
Project management knowledge
Excellent customer orientation
Sound business skills
Strong relationship and communication skills
Knowledge of the travel industry (particularly Travel Agents) a plus.
Native (or perfectly fluent) written English language; Verbal French would also be an asset
Documentation/copy-writing expertise a plus
Knowledge of HTML and photo editing software a plus
