School Relations and Internships is a team within the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition department dedicated to recruiting top talent across targeted schools internationally. Competition for talent is a reality,particularly within the IT world. Thus, our mission is to constantly increase Amadeus' reputation and credibility in the academic arena in order to make Amadeus an employer of choice for students and build a diverse talent pipeline at early stage. The School Relationships team is leadingvarious initiatives and partnerships with schools to support this strategy.
Each year we participate in around 80 school events in France and abroad and welcome more than 200 students for internships and apprenticeships.
The apprentice will be working alongside the School Relations manager. This will include:
· organisation of school events participation
campus ambassadors invitation, briefings preparation, liaison with 3rd party providers and schools, ensuring brand compliancy when providing required information
goodies and brochures stock follow up and orders
· follow-up and reporting
events calendar and campus ambassadors lists updates
post event follow-up – provide analysis and statistics in order to identify ROI
· communication and employer branding
Amadeus Internal social media “campus ambassadors group” community management
Knowledge Centre Talent acquisition pages update and branding
Participation to ‘buddy sessions’ for the interns and apprentices integration - PowerPoint presentations update when required
Internship and apprenticeship offers posting in schools
When possible participation in school fairs
· Currently studying Human Resources or Communication – M1 or M2
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Fluent English and French
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise
· Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (vlookup- pivot tables)
