Amadeus Global Operations Americas, Inc. is seeking to fill multiple positions for Service Reliability Engineer in its Waltham office. Job Description : Deliver end-to-end services per Service Level Agreements to customers. Leverage existing automation solutions, improve them, and design and implement services that automate application provisioning and manage the underlying infrastructure as a service. Support and coach teammates to accelerate the team's ability to reliably and consistently deliver applications by developing standardized automation to control, build, artifact and deploy managed services integrated into loosely coupled toolchains to form a common continuous deployment pipeline for AHP Amadeus Hotel Platform application development teams as a whole. Assist in capacity planning, change management, problem management, incident management, release management, performance improvement, and automation and tool development. Deliver software and automation solutions. Demonstrate customer-centric design techniques and provide a product vision and roadmap to match stakeholders' needs. Inspire innovative technical solutions for real world Data Centre problems and drive efficiency and productivity for the in-scope processes and solutions. Demonstrate strong coaching and mentoring capabilities towards other teammates and members of the whole organization. Multiple positions available.

Job Requirements: The position requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the offered role, software design and development, or in another related position. Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): experience in software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall; experience working with ITIL process such as Change, Incident and Problem Management; experience developing and designing highly distributed applications and micro services with C/C++; experience developing and designing highly available automation with Python; experience packaging, building, debugging, and deploying highly distributed applications and micro services with Docker; experience deploying highly distributed applications and micro services with OpenShift; experience designing, encoding, and decoding EDIFACT messages; experience using Git as a source code version control system; and working with Oracle databases.

40 hours / week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
