As a Project Manager you will be in charge to deploy the best services to all Amadeus (around 20 000 end users) across the world. You will follow the standard project management processes and you will create documents such as project charter, kick-off, weekly status, risk logs, closure project. You will monitor and control your project by providing specific key performance indicators to reach your exit criteria.

In this role you will:

· Design the project: your key activities will be to:
· Define global roadmap and planning
· Define the change management strategy
· Identify stakeholders and analyze the impact of the project

· Keep the project on track: once the project starts, you will be the person managing it (with our project management method to help you). You will do it by:
· Lead project teams through the Initialization, Planning phases and then monitor and control the project Execution phase
· Ensure successful transition of the project to the business partners and/or end users.
· Manage the project closure by ensuring the lessons learned and documentation capture for future use.

· Get the best for the success of your projects: your key accountabilities will be to:
· Create and execute project plans in close collaboration with all projects stakeholders and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
· Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
· Ensure management of project controls (risks, issues and dependencies).
· Review project deliverables and ensure they are of the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the project plan.

Our ideal candidate

You have a university degree in Business or Scientific studies, or equivalent work experience.

You will have demonstrable experience with at least 10 years of working experience in project management/co-ordination role.

You will have technical background related to Microsoft products, software packaging and security project deployment.

Agile trainings or PMP certification (or similar) would be a plus

You are familiar with these project management processes:

· Detailed project plan creation/management
· Risks and issues management
· Deployment
· UAT coordination
