Summary of the role
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing analytical & operational support to the MarketingManagers in implementing marketing programs towards the different consumer segments in the Benelux market.

Main responsibilities

· Work in close coordination with Marketing Managers to deploy various marketing programs, campaigns & initiatives for different customer segments.
· Identify the needs of customers as well as opportunities & create suitable marketing programs that add value for selected customer segments.
· Coordinate the execution of customer programs & surveys.
· Monitor, measure and evaluate the success of marketing programsand propose improvements to increase efficiency.
· Contribute to the Pricing, Packaging and Positioning of the various Amadeus offerings to suit customer needs.
· Be responsible for the research & analysis of key business issues and opportunities related to Customers, Competition and Market/Industry trends, within the assigned customer segment.

Requirements

· Skills and knowledge:
· English
· Dutch
· Years of experience: 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing in an international environment, preferably in IT &/or online solutions, with sufficient knowledge of pricing & defining value propositions
· Education:Higher educationin Marketing, Business, Communication or related field or equivalent work experience
· Others:
· Business/Commercial awareness & excellent understanding of consumer behaviour
· Sound analytical and synthesis skills
· Ability to plan, organize & set priorities, capable of multi-tasking
· Self-starter, capable of driving initiatives from beginning to end
· Strong communication, interpersonal & networking skills
· Local languages and excellent level of written and oral English
· Strong affinity for IT & technology, proficient in Office applications, internet and its various components and familiarity with marketing & web-analytical tools and digitally savy
· Exposure to travel technology & trends & traveler behavior would be a strong advantage
