Business environment

In an International and multicultural environment, you will support Amadeus’ organizations. You will be one of the main entry points of contact for all HR-Legal related matters, and will notably give advice and/or guidance regarding social/legal matters.

You will also be part of the team managing the industrial relations with Amadeus s.a.s’ employee representatives.

Purpose

In the Nice HR Legal team, you will participate in conducting the individual and collective relations in a challenging evolution and development framework.

Key accountabilities

· Manage industrial relations with our social partners
· Gives advice regarding social/legal matters
· Gives advice/guidance about payroll, reward, recruitment and employer branding related matters
· Supervise that agreements (internal and with social partners) are correctly executed
· Act as point of contact and advisor for the Nice HR team (mainly regarding French labour law and social security legislation)
· Act as point of contact for contractual questions of employees
· Stay updated about changes in labour law and social security legislation

Education

University degree Law/HR, or equivalent work experience

Relevant work experience

3 - 4 years’ experience in the HR Legal field, in an international corporate environment & with customer facing activities

Base competencies

· Languages: Excellent written and oral communication skills (fluent in English)
· Computing: Word, Excel, PPT
