Team Description

LH CC team is responsible for the booking web sites of Lufthansa.com and Miles-and-More.com.

It builds the standard user interface of Lufthansa.com and a layer of services that can used by third parties to build other specific user interfaces using the same functionalities and flows as Lufthansa.com.

We are part of the eCommerce Services division of Amadeus building custom web sites for airlines.

Main Responsabilities

The trainee will participate in a prototype of Progressive web app for an Airline Digital marketplace (for instance Lufthansa or Miles-and-More). The Airline application aims to consume services offered by the Amadeus Digital API (DAPI) and reusing shareable UI components published in the Amadeus Digital Platform (DP), in order to inspire Traveler, in digital day to day life (social network, mobile navigation, mobile application checkout, activity tracker…)

It should take the advantages offered by PWA:

· Offline capabilities
· Installable
· Mobile-network-friendly

Here are the different steps of the internship:

· Determine prototype to be done (shopping / booking flow, DAPI services to be integrated…)
· Studies and trainings on technologies needed to deliver prototype
· Development of prototype
· Documentation
· Presentation

Requirements

· Web UI technologies (Angular2/4, AngularCLI, Angular Mobile Toolkit, Typescript...)
· REST API
· Java/J2EE
·
Working English
