Team Description

In Airport IT you are working in a department of Amadeus, which shows a two digit grows rate per annum. The area, where the IT industry crosses the activities of the aviation industry is extremely fascinating. What can be more motivating, than to be involved in subjects, where processes of airlines and airports are being improved simultaneously?

We in Airport IT divided the world into three regional areas. The three regional commercial teams and the central sales operations team are looking forward to welcome a highly motivated personality, who enjoys working in a multinational environment.

Airport IT provides IT Solutions for airports and airlines covering the following main areas:

· Airport Management Solutions
· Departure Control Solutions
· Passenger & Baggage processing
· Connectivity

Main Responsibilities

The trainee will participate in the following activities:

· Supporting the regional Sales and Account Management teams
· Working on Salesforce our Customer Relationship Management tool
· Supporting the improvement of the decision making processes
· Maintaining and executing reports to track progress on objectives
· Performing maintenance to the Airport IT Sales and Account SharePoint site

Requirements

Marketing/Engineering skills

MS Office software skills, especially Excel/PowerPoint/Word

Statistical and numerical skills and database knowledge

CRM knowledge – Salesforce will be a real advantage

Knowledge of Airport Operations would be an asset

Very good in French language (native speaker)

Fluent English

Good communication skills

Multicultural approach

Team player
