Team description:

The merchandising strategy of an airline can be very complex and depends on many criteria like the markets, the dates or passenger data.

Moreover, within the marketing department of an airline, several people can work on the merchandising interface in order to establish the airline merchandising strategies.

They need to learn quickly how to use the graphical interface and how the product is supposed to work in order to make benefits right away.

Main description:

Goal of this internship would be to introduce gamification in the merchandising product that could help end user to get used to it in an interactive and efficient way.

The intern will have to design and code a graphical solution aiming at teaching how to use merchandising interface thanks to gamification

This prototype should be added to the current AAM product as an interactive tutorial in order to propose different scenarios that will help the end user to be familiar with it.
Rewards system could be used in order to unlock advanced features of the product in the tutorial.

The intern will participate in benchmarking and choosing the most appropriate technical solution to build a standalone environment of gamification reproducing real airline business.

AAM user interface is developed with Angular web framework, so the prototype will most likely use this technology too.
