Team description:
Amadeus is the world leading technology provider for the travel and tourism industry. Inside the Technology & Platform group of this big company, the SCP division is responsible of the common internal configuration framework used by all Amadeus applications.

Main responsibilities:

Handling incoming incidents efficiently and trigger the right recovery actions quickly is key for the success of acompany like Amadeus.

The foundations of an automatic knowledge extraction engine, based on Natural Language Processing & Machine Learning algorithms, has been developed to help in this problematic. The internship will focalize on using this engine for incidents semantic analysis, andput in placea classification mechanismto help in their dispatching, analysis and recovery.

The trainee will join a dynamic team and participate in the exploration and implementation of new functionalities inside the engine, such as unsupervised semantic clustering, trends computation, and graph classification algorithms. She/he will help to improve and optimize the existing backend developed in Python and Java, using notably the Google Tensor Flow library, and will also participate in building a web-based user interface prototype to enable diverse types of interactions and feedback between users and the engine.
