Team Description
Airline I.T. is dealing with over 100 of the world’s leading airlines. If you have ever bought a plane ticket on an airline website, you have most probably usedour system without even knowing it….
This internship will be hosted within the vitally important Product Management organisation of Airline IT.Our team is responsible for products on airlines Digital channels (this include web, mobile, tablet) and is driving their evolutions cross layers: on the User Interface (UI), on the Booking Engine, and in the Back-End.
We help airlines to build their online presence and drive more direct online sales. The end-to-end suite of innovative digital solutions allows airlines to deliver the best online booking and servicing experience to their passengers, withan aim to maximise the revenue generated, reduce costs and increase airline brand recognition
Due to the nature of both our central role in the global Amadeusorganisation and the geographical diversity of our customers from Australia to, China to Finland and from small regional airlines in Africa all the way up to global leading players in North America, we truly work in an international environment which makesthe job varied,interesting and an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills.

Main Responsibilities
The trainee will actively participate in the ongoing process improvements of the Digital Solutions Department.
Project s to be worked on: - Improvement of the team communication
Participate in the review of the team communication channels for both Amadeus internal (sales, pre – sales, implementation, development teams , etc.. ) and external (Airlines) . Proactively suggest optimisations and impro vements. Contribute to their implementation and adoption by the team from upper management to Product Managers (group of 35 spread across the world: Nice, Dallas, Bangalore, Singapore).
The trainee will as well have an opportunity to actively participate in on-going product management projects.

Requirements
Studying for an Engineering or Business degree
Profici ency in English (oral and written) essential
Very good communication skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Knowledge of project management concepts is a plus
Knowledge of Agile principles is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
A fast learner
Proactiveness
Team player in multicultural environment
Curiosity and desire to learn
