Team Description
The objective of the team is tooptimize deployment and adoption of the Amadeus distribution products for Travel Agencies and Corporations in order to maximize revenue generation and increase time-to-market performance.We communicate with members ofour global network in central and local offices.
Travel Agency Marketing (TAM) works to support the Business Units to increase market share, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction for all subscriber customers worldwide.
Main Responsabilities
•Support the team in themanagement of the Amadeus PortfolioEssentails(APE) platform (Share-point technology).Management of this platform includes timely updates, quality checks, Error reporting and follow-up, production of data extracts, propose platform enhancements and interact with current service provider for follow up.
•Collect and prioritise the team requirements in terms of APE platform enhancements and implement them on the sharepoint environment. Specific focus in the area of KPI's : definition/ tracking and reporting
•Act as a point of contact from our team to our stakeholders (business units/Amadeus.com team) in order to:
a) collect requirements for enhancements on the platform (e.g. usability/navigation),Implement the agreedenhancements
b) collect additional content (sales packs) produced regionally and advertise them on the platform
c) promote and explain the capacities of the APE tool asa marketing communication tool.
• Support the team in marcom activities : contribute to the creation of sales packs (images/banners/other..)
• Support the Release To Market team in various Marcom process enhancements (Release packpipeline, Rollouts, etc)
Requirements
Marcom qualifications
Project management knowledge
Excellent customer orientation
Strong relationship and communication skills
Knowledge of the travel industry (particularly Travel Agents) a plus.
Goodwritten and spokenEnglish; Verbal French would also be an asset
Documentation/copy-writing expertise a plus
Knowledge of HTML and photo editing software a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office : Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
Share-point experience is a plus
