Within theEnterprise DigitalServices, the Service Management and Programs Team is a highly engaged and multicultural team in charge of the major transformations happening around our Digital Workplace and Collaboration & Infrastructure services. We are implementing modern and global solutions to support and change the way Amadeus works and collaborate. We are also in charge of Service Management from end-to-end.

Main Responsibilities:

Within the SMP team, the Digital Service Manager Assistant trainee will be in charge of

· Preparing all materials for Partner success management activities
· Consolidating and updating the service management & innovation plan and make accessible all the different deliverables that describes our initiatives:
· Update materials and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts;
· Identify currently existing documentation and marketing material;
· Assist and support the different phases of the marketing communication deliverables:
· Define brief and content
· Build materials
· Leverage of visibility/awareness as needed

Requirements

· self-organized and proactive,
· creative and details oriented,
· team spirit,
· Planning and prioritization capabilities.
· Good knowledge of the MS Office suite is necessary and more particularly MS SharePoint and Powerpoint
· Good computing agility is required in any other software linked to web design and marketing tools: Adobe suite, HTML, Survey monkey, etc. Video skills is a plus
· Fluent in English
