Missions :
Key date-related determination of sales including accounting valuation methods
Installation, checking and maintenance of all project-relevant data in the ERP system
Creation and timely dispatch of invoices
Permanent monitoring of the order status on the projects
Monitoring, checking and, if necessary, rebooking of project-related costs in the ERP system
Support in the preparation of the project-related rolling forecasts
Support in the preparation of offers and calculation of new projects
Preparation of project-related reporting and regular cooperation in the project review
Close cooperation with all project leaders
Commercial contact person for project leaders and business managers in all project-related questions and close cooperation with the industrial controller
Profil :
University degree or equivalent education in the field of business administration or commercial training
Work experience, ideally in the business sector
Advanced MS-Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous
Fluent German
