Job description

In close coordination with your team, you are responsible for recruiting qualified personnel for our customers for all industries.
In particular, you will:
- Define staffing requirements in collaboration with managers
- Advertise and source candidates on different job boards and social networks
- Follow up applications and recruitment process
- Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
- Conduct physical interviews in collaboration with managers
- Working in collaboration with key business areas and stakeholders to support the full recruitment cycle
Your profile:
- Graduate from a business school or university, specializing in human resources or business administration
- A first significant experience in recruitment desired
- Fluent in German and English with practical experience in German (B2 minimum required)
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and flexibility
- Proactive and result-oriented
