Job description :
As System & IT support agent, you will be part of the IT department reporting to Altran Scandinavia’s IT Manager.
In the role, you will be :
- Providing system process support to end-users in Scandinavia
- Providing technical end-user support to all employees in Scandinavia
- Fault-tracing issues in Altran-internal systems
- Managing issues and questions between Altran Scandinavia and Altran Group stakeholders
- Managing internal and external system interfaces
- Participating in IT helpdesk activities
- Ensuring good data quality throughout Altran systems
- Authoring of user guides and manuals
- Providing end-user training and training material
- Keeping online system information up-to-date
- Administration of user accounts, data structures and access rights
- Asset management on computers
- Participate in service improvement on IT process
Profile :
- Technical degree or equivalent
- Fluent English skills, Swedish is a plus
- Experience of End-user support is preferred
- Skills in structured fault-tracing
- General technical IT skills (browsers, networks, data formats, Advanced MS Excel)
- Very good authoring and communication skills
- Understanding of data quality importance
- Details-oriented and process-oriented
- Flexible and enjoying working in a team
