RECRUITMENT OFFICER H/F

Job description

To strengthen its teams in the Benelux Area, Altran is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the Recruitment Team.
You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle of a specific division in Brussels:
- Get familiar with the Engineering profiles recruited by the division;
- Work with management to understand the job requirements and profiles;
- Source and provide the suitable candidates to your division and Business Managers;
- Use job boards, social networking and job fairs to find your candidates;
- Report and manage recruitment data with the company tool on a daily basis;
- Monitor the recruitment process & take the lead in its coordination.
- Conduct candidate phone screening & face-to-face HR interviews according to Altran’s requirements;
- Take an active role in Campus Team Activities;
- Actively support to the development of the recruitment strategy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
You hold a Master Degree (Business, Management, Human Resources)
You have (ideally) a first experience in a recruitment position (open to school-leavers)
You are fluent in English and French
