Your role:
- Monitor ticketing tool (Jira Service Desk) on regular basis
- Respond incidents reported through; self-service web portal, email, Skype for Business and helpdesk support number
- Provide assistance to end-users; remotely, face-to-face, by phone, by email or over Skype for Business
Backup and image laptops using SCCM
- Perform maintenance on the laptops if needed; replace broken keyboards, add additional memory, swap drives or batteries, etc.
- Update asset tracking systems (GLPI & Computrace), complete paperwork
- In case of major hardware repair required, coordinate with the supplier…
- Administer Specific & shared accounts in exchange
- Manage user groups & file/folder permissions in AD DS
- Manage/update mailing lists
- Manage end-user mobile phone subscriptions, assist with invoicing issues.
- Setup & configure Android & iPhone smartphones for end-users
- Setup and configure Cisco IP phones through Cisco Call Manager
- Manage building access badges
- Troubleshoot printing, scanning, copying issues
Your profile:
- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in a services oriented environment
- Education: High school or undergraduate degree
- Fluent English (both written & spoken) is mandatory.
French and/or Dutch are assets
- Knowledge of the following methodology and technologies could be useful: Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers,Windows WDS, SCCM, servers,Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 suites,Office 365,Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop OS
- Assets to have Knowledge on Atlassian tools (Jira | Confluence | Crowd | etc…),Dell & HP laptops, Cisco IP Phones,portable phones; iPhones and Android, Powershell scripting
