Poste et missions:
The Life Cycle Experience (LXP) is Altran dedicated solution providing packaged offers to our clients with a unique approach of operational excellence dedicated solution. We offer you an inspiring career opportunity to optimize the relationships that employees, suppliers & partners have with the products & services our clients invent, design, manufacture or use.
To strengthen its team in Belgium, Altran is looking for a Procurement Consultant.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing / Resourcing
- Procurement Project Management
- Cost reduction
- Supplier base rationalization
- Supply quality assurance
In details (non-exhaustive list):
- You will define the project needs (direct/indirect procurement process review, capex/opex)
- You will review the procurement strategies
- You will resource the unsatisfactory suppliers
- You coordinate the full tendering process & handle professional relations with the suppliers
- You will provide market surveys for new product developments (make/buy or full outsourcing)
- You will scan, identify & qualify the suppliers to ensure their respect the clients’ expectations.
- You support the cost objectives strategy & the negotiation process
- You will assess the suppliers
- You will provide recommendation (supply chain / capex).
Profile:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Procurement or academic equivalent
- You have minimum 3 years experience
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch, English is a must
- Skills: client and stakeholder management, spend analysis, category management, market analysis, contract management, genuine negotiator, a.o.
