M&A Corp. Development Intern (German)

Job description

You wish to join the Corporate Development Department, which is in charge of the Group's expansion via acquisitions. Located in Munich, the German team works closely with the Group's directors and with the legal and financial departments.

Activities:
The mission will be to investigate the first steps for the acquisition process
* Analysis of a specific market segment as the foundation for the company's diversification
* Identification of potential target companies
* Analysis and evaluation of company data (operationally and financially)
* Support of the on-going tasks and activities (e.g. maintenance of the database, follow up and documentation of transactions)

You will have the possibility to accompany a complete transaction and support the team during this time.

Desired profile

Profile:
Business or engineering student on master's level
* Fluent in German, English appreciated
* Business, Engineering or similar degree with a good understanding of market research and finance
* Ability to work independently in an organised way, autonomy
* Strong interpersonal skills and social intelligence
* Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Previous professional experience preferred.}
