Description de l'offre
Alstom
The Railway industry today is characterized by both a strong and sustained growth across the world. The trends that drive this are well known: environmental challenges, population growth, urbanization and increasing demands for mobility.
With 6B€ of Sales and around 30,000 employees based in over 60 countries, Alstom develop & market the most complete range of systems, equipment and services offered today in the railway sector. Today we offer our customers solutions that feature a seamless blend of diverse technologies, ensuring optimal interfaces, along with flexible implementation and real synergy in innovation.
Objective
Ensure, within a team, responsibility for the design of suspensions, modeling and validation of a rail system (train architecture and bogies ) using tools MBS (Multi-Body Simulation) in the project environment or R & D projects or analysis of specific expertise
Responsibilities
· Carry-out Railway Dynamics analysis with MBS tools (as Simpack and Vampire) to evaluate the performance of the system in term of security, comfort, …
• Carry-out the standard Railway Dynamics simulations for the Pre-Project and Projects : Evaluation by simulation of system performance in order to meet the criteria.
· Define the characteristics of the suspension (springs, rubber elements, pneumatic suspension, shock absorbers/dampers) to check the security criteria of the train (flexibility coefficient, derailment, etc.) and comfort ; parametric analysis in order to obtain the optimal solution
· Analysis and interpretation of tests results (indoor and on track tests).
· Definition of suspensions: With the help of suspensions engineers prepare suspension specifications and monitor suppliers: clauses-to-clauses / type tests / requested documentation
· With the help of suspensions engineers Perform sizing of organs like springs and anti-roll bar
· Propose to the project engineering manager the solutions (suspension) in order to achieve the required performance of the system.
