JOB PURPOSE :

Reporting to the IS&T Process Performance Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, interacting from CIO Office with all IS&T organisations, you will contribute to enhance the IS&T Performance and Quality Management System, helping to govern sensitive processes and to stengthen them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES :

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

·  Contribute to follow-up and strengthen the IS&T Process and Quality Management System.
·  Contribute to Modeling of IS&T processes and performance measurement tools.
·  Support implementation of IS&T quality control and performance KPIs at operational level
·  Contribute in measuring efficiency & adoption.

PROFILE :  

To be considered for this role, candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:     

·  Student from IT, Engineering, or business school, you are looking for an internship (6 months)
·  Synthetic view on complex issues and concepts
·  You demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal and organization skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
·  Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an internal environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
·  A first experience in the field of IT, Process & Quality management would be a plus
