Votre rôle :

Au sein du services des Ressources Humaines Ile-de-France, l'Apprenti(e) Fomation sera chargé(e) des missions suivantes :

·  Elaboration/Déploiement du Plan de Formation : support au recueil des besoins,à la construction et pré-inscriptions des salariés
·  Suivi administratif des formations sécurité/habilitations en coordination avec l'Environnement Health Security
·  Gestion des cours de Français et Langues Etrangères hors Plan de Formation (suivi des demandes, orientation des salariés, données à transmettre aux départements administratifs… )
·   Pilotage et optimisation des formations internes (interface avec les formateurs, planification des sessions…)
·  Actions ponctuelles : Taxe d’apprentissage, Bilan Social, Sharepoint formation …

Vous pourrez être amené(e) à participer à d'autres projets en cours d'année ( Mise en place du Learning Mangement Systme LMS

Votre profil :

Vous préparez une licence ou un Master I RH

Vous êtes organisé(e), réactif(ve), disposez d'un goût pour les chiffres

Vous avez un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe
