JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Subject Matter Experts in the areas of Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits, Global Mobility, Grading & Benchmarking in their day-to-day acitivies (individual preferences will be considered)
Support in preparation strategic HR presentations
Work self-independently on data management, reporting and data analysis in SuccessFactors (SAP)
Prepare and maintain HR guidelines
Conduct data analyses
Possibility to steer first own Projects & Initiatives

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

You are an enrolled student in the area of economics, psychology, social sciences or a similar field.
You are interested in the quantitative & analytical side of HR
You are interested in data and empirical work
Excel means more to you than just a green icon on your desktop
You like to work in an international environment
You like to write and know how to prepare presentations
You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
