JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support SuccessFactors Rollout Tasks (PMO)
Coordination of the translation process during the SuccessFactors Rollouts
Managing Incident process with the SAP SuccessFactors Ticketing Tool
Preparation of newsletter content, status reports and tracking reports
Perform ad-hoc tasks and analysis
Support transformation managers and head of SuccessFactors Rollout team in their daily work

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification
Strong academic track record; University degree preferably in economics, business administration, IT or similar
Project management (classical & agile) / SCRUM
Excellent command of written and spoken German and English; other language(s) a plus
Advanced MS Office skills (high proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint)
Passion for Operations / IT / Digital innovation / Transformation topics
Interest in HR Processes and HR IT Systems
Consulting background e.g. as an intern or working student
Works precise and pays attention to detail

Experience & Key skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficient and drive high-quality results
Proven team player with problem-solving and conceptual capabilities
Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with management
Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules and HR-Processes a plus
Experience in an international environment with excellent cross-cultural skills
Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high quality results, even under time pressure
Ability to connect different pieces of information to create a holistic view
