JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will be supporting the AllianzU Leadership Academy team. Your tasks will be in the following areas:
Assist in the development and roll-out of innovative virtual and classroom programs aimed at developing leadership skills for the future
Create marketing and communication material for a great participant experience (intranet, video social media, email...)
Preparation of management reports and presentations, including supporting program evaluation
Assisting Leadership Academy team members with operational tasks

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification:
Student in communications, learning- or psychology-related field
At least 3 semesters of bachelor-level studies completed
Enrolled at university for the entire duration of employment
Excellent command of English (written & spoken), German and other languages a definite plus
Very good knowledge of MS-Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet (jive), social media a plus

Experience & Key Skills:
Strong organization and communication skills
Project management experience a big plus
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Entrepreneurial, creative and innovative
A self-starter and learner
