JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the board office with strategical initiatives and organizational topics
Providing support for reporting's and requests
Preparation of supporting materials and briefings including typing, compiling and presentations
Active contribution to international projects around digitalization
Team coordination, cooperating with different departments and interactions on a global level
Meeting organization
Planning and organizing events

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (preferred) in IT, economics or related subjects
Excellent writing and communication skills; German is a plus
Good analytical skills
Team player with interpersonal and intercultural skills
Willingness to learn and eager to take on new challenges
MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
