JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Finance Transformation team with the day-to-day business
Autonomous and regular status reporting of the various Finance Transformation initiatives to the management
Support the Finance transformation team in strategic projects and in the preparation of presentations for the CFO and the senior management
Prepare and support workshops for Finance Transformation
Design and administrate the Finance Transformation intranet
Monitor new developments and technologies within Finance

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Studies in Communications, Business Administration or related studies
Proficient in MS Office applications, i.e. PowerPoint
Team player with willingness to learn
Ability to work proactively and under time pressure
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent in written and spoken English and German, with French or other European languages appreciated

Job start: as soon as possible (minimum 16hours/week)
Location: Munich
