WA Policy Admin - Customer accountant on World programs (6-9 month temporary mission)JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The EHWA PA Customer Accountant operates under CFAO – Operations department.
As a PA customer accountant you will fully contribute to our customers’ satisfaction and retention by ensuring the best quality, compliancy and timely delivery of the following PA activities.
- Invoicing for the France FR world programs (as managing insurer)
Premium : from the invoice issuance in Pluriform to its correct accounting to SAP: Corrections (credit notes/reinvoicing), Advanced or settlements or real, Whole TO/outstanding Receivables/limits based, Complementary minimum premiums, Bonus, Malus, Management of Incoming payments
Fees : risk or collections
Dunning : customers chasing
- Ensure needed contract updates are properly done by PA contract specialists (change in addresses, clients’ bank account numbers)
For this you will :
- closely liaise and coordinate with other teams, beyond BU, geographic and functional borders, to provide seamless worldwide customer accounting to the Policyholder.
- ensure tight communication with the local Finance Team and WA Central Team Finance
- ensure tight communication with other local teams when needed (Claims, Risks,..)
- Business expertise:
Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
- Ability to work with/in different IT systems (mainly Pluriform and SAP)
- Interpersonal skills:
Ability to liaise with members of other core functions, regions
Team player with hands-on mentality
Result driven and customer centric behaviours
Supporting team members
English proficiency and good knowledge of MS Excel
Communication skills enabling commercial contacts (answer to customer requests)
