JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the following people management tasks...
Coach a team of inbound customer service associates.
Support escalations.
Complete payroll and track attendance.
Support associate questions.
Conduct focus sessions.
Manage performance of the team.
Organize activities in support of team engagement.
Monitor calls.
May perform other duties as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree in related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
Three (3) years experience in a customer-focused call center environment.
Two (2) years management experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Office environment with moderate noise.
Position is routinely expected to travel 0% of time.
Stand or Walk : 60%
