JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support to Underwriters teams:
- Supporting the Central Middle Office and the Portfolio Controller in their day to day duties (implementation, set up, invoicing, follow up of contracts + adhoc requests…)
- Use of internal technical / IT softwares for the contracts follow up and invoicing
- Excel reporting update and follow up
- Register the contracts exposure in the systems
- Follow up of the late payment/claims file, Claim and Collection Committees preparation according to TCU management instructions
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Fluent in English
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational / communication skills
- Accounting sensibility
- A team player with a friendly, down to earth personality
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities
