Stagiaire RH - Assistant Formation (h/f)

OBJECTIF/RÔLE DU POSTE

Au sein du Siège social du Groupe basé à Saint-Ouen, dans un contexte international et multiculturel, vous contribuez à la dynamique RH d’une équipe transversale et polyvalente et participez aux différents projets et initiatives menés par l’équipe.

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

A ce titre, vous êtes notamment chargé(e) :
1. Déploiement du Plan de formation pour les collaborateurs de la holding :
- Inscription de collaborateurs aux formations inter-entreprises
- Suivi logistique et administratif des formations Intra/Inter et Internes
- Participation au suivi budgétaire du plan de formation
2. Participation à la conception et à l’animation de l’Intranet Groupe
3. Rédaction des process et procédures internes
4. Support administratif sur divers projets RH
5. Veille sur les best practices en Développement RH

EXIGENCES FONDAMENTALES/COMPÉTENCES/EXPÉRIENCE

Niveau BAC +3 / BAC+4 avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines

Bon relationnel (écrit/oral en français/anglais)

Bon niveau d’anglais

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et avec des collaborateurs étrangers

Excellent relationnel, esprit d’équipe

Maîtrise des outils informatiques

Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur, disponibilité, sens des priorités, force de proposition
