Internship / Co-op
We're looking for someone who will support:
-The implementation and delivery of our annual NPS Customer Experience program
-The management, monitoring and examination of our KPIs to clarify and direct our Customer Experience performance
-The activation of new customer insights to support the growth of a new line of business
-The development of best practice materials (templates, toolkits, guidelines etc.) to upgrade standards globally and provide added value to countries
-The automation and digitalisation of existing customer feedback routes to obtain richer, faster and more accurate opinions with which to drive our transformation
-Alignment and connection with our countries via regular communications pieces on social intranet, social media, as well other articles, posters and infographics
-A smooth and efficient running of the team's activities via tasks and requests tracking, reporting, follow up as well as planning and updates
Do you have the following?
- Master in Marketing/ Market Research/ Economics / Statistics (Business School)
- A first successful experience in a Global Marketing / Customer Insight / Customer Experience/ Communications role (e.g. internship)
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills: attention to detail and high level of accuracy required when completing tasks
- Passion, proactivity, drive and curiosity
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
