JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Designs, develops and conducts data collection, analysis, problem resolution and reporting for Operations to various stakeholders across Allianz.
-Designs and develops more complex tools necessary to support administrative activities. Complex tools utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functionality and reflect product intricacies and applicable regulations.
-Monitors new product offerings and changes to existing product for impacts to technical team. In collaboration with other areas, determines new requirements need to update technical team's tools and processes. Involved in implementation of requirements in complex situations.
-Identifies, develops, and maintains a defined set of activities/initiatives to support Operation's priorities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
-Designs and conducts results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy and integrity.
-Develops and recommends opportunities to improve process performance.
-Participates in key initiatives and special projects as assigned.
-Documentation of processes, analysis performed and tools built.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Experience:
-2-3 years of experience required: Relevant technical and business experience,
-Advanced Excel experience required
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Ability to work in multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
-Ability to articulate information to multiple levels of knowledge (agent, peer, client) and remain patient
-Ability to prioritize, reorganize and process
-Can adapt to differences in requests rapidly

Preferred:
-Allianz Operations or industry experience preferred
