JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Team assistant :
Invoices management, accruals, contact with the providers
Team assistant for IT meetings, IT events, welcome of Guests,
Maintain Allianz Connect website for the team
IT Quality management (Centralization of IT complaints in France)

PMO Role :
Contact point for Service Delivery team for Allianz projects (Digital workplace, AVC, AGN)
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

University degree, master,
3 years experience in similar job
Basic IT skills would be preferable (not mandatory)
English fluent

Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, VISIO), able to design presentation,
Knowledge of Company Social network (i.e to maintain pages in Allianz Connect)
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Aptitude to participate to meetings and represent the AGCS Service Delivery team
Autonomous
