JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides Advisory Release Services, Pre Release Support and Planning, Manages Release Deployments, Provides Post-Release Support
* Upon request, provides end user support around change process, tools and documentation. Provides Pre-Change Implementation Support, Post Change Implementation Support, Post Major Release Support Command Center Facilitation and Failed Change Reporting
* Assist in creating frameworks to for all applicable processes and services, review best practice approaches, practices, compliance and adherence; suggest, manage and coordinate process improvements as appropriate
* Designs, specifies, implements detailed service and process metrics and creates/maintains applicable reports/dashboards. This information is provided at a variety of levels: operational details, operational dashboard, and governance dashboard. Produces an
Works as a Project Team member for consulting services in relation to any applicable service as defined above
* Provides oversight of any strategic partner support; provides governance of the process and services delivered to end users, act as a focal for the appropriate service or process
* Monitor Group Email Mailboxs daily and execute day to day process support tasks as defined in each applicable process, manage service issues as appropriate, provides training and consulting services as requested
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Experience:
* 2-3 years experience required: Knowledge/experience of processes including; release, change, knowledge of tools commonly utilized in their area of expertise (e.g. Service Now, Remedy, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.), Project/Program Management Knowledge, ITIL Knowledge/Experience,
understands the Infrastructure environment
* 4-5 years experience preferred: Job history diversity (various IT and/or Business area)
* Experience working for a Financial Services company
Experience in IT outsourcing management
Education
* Two-year degree required: Other - Software Development Lifecycle, ITIL/CMMI, Knowledge of software development methodology, Has strong Project Management and Service Delivery experience
* Four-year degree preferred
