JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in activities related to Information Security Projects and Operational Processes.
Support in Reporting and Preparation of documents/presentations ahead of security team meetings.
Facilitation and Management of JIRA Platform through active coordination & follow-ups.
Independent Project Initiatives and Support in Security Operational Activities.
Coordination and External Support throughout (Meetings & Events, Employee's on Boarding and Ad-hoc Request Support).
Problem Solving, Coordination and Communications among Internal and Regional Teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Sound understanding of Information Security & Risk Management Concepts and Processes.
Strong Interest in Security Project Management and Risk Assessment Techniques (Vulnerability Management and Penetereation Testing).
Hands on experience on Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodologies.
Acquaintance with Project Management tools (JIRA, preferable but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently in a structured way.
Analytical and problem solving ability.
Strong communication skills in English.
You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - as a working student - part time (16-20 h/week)

An attractive monthly salary of 1.650 € for internships (also for mandatory internships). For working students 1.700 € (Bachelor students) or 1.900 € (Master students) on a full-time basis
