You will be fully integrated into the activity of the Private Debt team and will actively participate in the following missions :
Studying investment opportunities: financial statements analysis, market studies realization, due diligence analysis, LBO and Corporate transaction modelling, scenarii analysis
Elaboration of Investment Memorandums for the Investment Committee
Existing investments monitoring (financial analysis, meetings with management) and investment reports preparation
Participation to marketing and reporting documents
Pursuing or holding a Master degree or equivalent from a top business or engineering school or university with a specialization in finance
Good expertise of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, credit analysis, and financial modelling
A previous experience in corporate finance (private equity, investment banking, structured finance, transaction services, etc.) is appreciated
Analytical, synthesis and clear oral/written communication
Curiosity, dynamism, rigor, team player, adaptability
Fluent in French and English
