JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quantitative analyses (market analyses, track record analyses, fair market valuation of portfolio companies)
Support of our investment managers during the due diligence of private equity funds and co-investments
Participation in internal meetings to discuss and prioritise investment opportunities
Support in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations
Research on market and company information (using common databases)

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Advanced studies of economics or business administration with excellent results and specialisation in finance, investment or business valuation
First internship experience in corporate finance, M&A, transaction services or private equity
Experience in using financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson, etc.)
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
The candidate should be confident, possess strong work ethics and be a self-starter with the ability to operate as a true team player in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

Start and duration of internship: September 2020 for at least 3-4 months.
