Group Operations Project Management support – Intern (m/f)

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Within AWP, Group Operations manages and steers operations for Travel, Roadside, and Home assistance across 35 platforms around the globe. Group Operations Project Managers are responsible for designing new business models, drive innovation and digital initiatives, foster excellence in run, steer operational and financial performance.

You will be working as an intern for the Group Operations Project Management Office and be responsible for providing day to day support to:

Project governance, project portfolio management, planning & reporting

Qualitative/quantitative analysis for business reports

Graphic design for key presentations and communications

Budget follow-up, HR and administrative activities

This position will allow you to work in a in an international and multicultural environment, develop your project management skills, work and cooperate with a variety of functions, lines of business and experts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

First experience in running projects and managing a project portfolio

Excellent communication skills both written/oral, in English and at least one other language

Very good PowerPoint, Excel skills

Ability to process complex information and convert ##Attention to detail

Multitasking

Strong interpersonal skills
