JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be involved in a variety of projects and day-to-day work, including but not limited to:
- Become a ‘brand guardian' and work together with our Group Brand and Content Marketing Manager to facilitate brand guidelines adoption across regions (visual guidelines, new templates, training, update of our brand library/tools …)
- Support the production of new marketing content (ebooks, infographics, videos …) with third parties – including agencies – to deliver new campaigns
- Analyze campaigns performance and recommend optimizations
- Promote and improve the usage of our intranet by developing the internal communication of our Group Marketing Department (steer editorial committee, define guidelines, suggest ideas to develop engagement...)
- Participate to digital projects aiming at promoting content (ex: social selling) including training employees (Group, regional and local teams), supporting them, and analysing performance
- Support our Social Media Manager if needed on some social media projects (ex: YouTube cleaning)
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Master in Marketing or Economics (Business School or University),
Ideally with a first successful experience in B2B marketing or as community manager
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (especially PowerPoint)
Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Strong analytical skills
Intercultural mindset : international and open mindset
Solution-oriented team player, curious, adaptable and proactive
Natural communicator with a feel for language and tone
Digital friendly
Ideally, you also have a first experience of managing a project from start to finish
