JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development of our digital RoadSide assistance solution (web-app, mobile if required). Participate in the writing of the User Story and follow-up on the delivery
Be the interface between the different involved teams: the business units and the development team
Conduct and apply project management for the local implementation and support the local launch
Monitor the progress of the different solutions implemented and elaborate on the reporting
Analyse the performance of each implementation and contribute to propose enhancements/improvements to increase the penetration
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Be digitally savvy, passionate about digital marketing
Strong project management skills
Performance oriented, self-motivated individual with proactive problem solving and summarizing skills
Demonstrate the ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions
Organised, committed and enthusiastic
Be fluent in English
Ability to work in an international environment
