JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Process Analyst, you are responsible for:
Gather and harmonize business needs
Design target organizations, processes and supporting systems
Follow up developments, test them and support the BUs during their UAT
Support migration, interfaces and change management teams
Constantly monitor and report on progress to your management and all stakeholders
Support the BUs in understanding our design and implementing ABS (Allianz Business Solution)
Support the BUs in their organizational changes required
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business needs gathering and documenting information system management (SAP, Oracle BES, Hyperion …)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance department – preferably in the insurance / assistance industry
Degree in IT, Finance or Economics
Good knowledge of finance processes
Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical abilities
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
Previous experience in international projects and/or cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
Fluent in English
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
Collaborative team player
Possibility & willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
