JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and monitor a series of KPIs for Direct & Digital Solutions - Business Performance & Change Management team for monthly and quarterly performance reviews in coordination with the Group Finance and the local Business Units
Manage the establishment and production of monitoring dashboards at both Corporate and Business Unit level
Perform planning and monitoring
Support the Business Units when needed as a part of the preparation of performance reviews and with dedicated business cases
Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification
Master's degree, mainly on management controlling
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluency in English is mandatory in both written and verbal communication
Experience & Key Skills
Strong analytical mindset and background and modeling techniques & methods
Autonomy, rigor, adaptation and a sense of initiative
Very good interpersonal and communication skills and openness to an international environment
